The Student Aid Agency for Newfoundland and Labrador needed a new document to explain and illustrate their loan policies to students. It had to be accurate, accessible and clear because loan policies can be complex and difficult to explain. Plum created a new generation of explanatory materials. They were clear, inviting, and attractive avoiding "governmentese" language to ensure they would inform their target audience. This reduced form error rates and staff time responding to questions and issues.
